I have a certain amount budgeted for gas every two weeks. I always overestimated the amount in my budget, so I usually have money left over in my gas budget. The only thing that has changed, is that instead of 10 or 20 dollars, it is only 5 or 10 that is left over now.

Real estate is a very tough business and its hard to show a lot of these different places to a lot of people since we are paying higher gas prices.
