Well . . . Mostly I use it for personal. But sometimes I am looking up prices for one of my children while they are on a trip; finding the cheapest gas that is along their route. Thank goodness for maps. But sometimes areas near or along interstates can be blank for many miles.

I use this site for personal use. I live in a small town outside of the bigger city nearby and gas can be 40 cents cheaper per gallon in the city. I like to plan my fuel-ups around my trips to the city.

I use the site for business. I run a fleet of rigs, always trying to save on Diesel. The additional info provided by station owners could include which are trucker friendly, parking, facilities, etc.

Personal, but business is a good idea too, if you save your employer money, it could eventually lead to keeping a job or getting a raise. Let us not waste our employer's money, big problem in America.

I use this site to post gas prices then surf to find the lowest prices. So it is for personal use. I then e-mail family and friends of the prices.

During this past year, it's all been personal, to work and back... not commercial. The sales-related business that I'm in has slumped and the need to drive clients around has diminished.
The high-light of my day was, while having lunch, watching the QuikTrip sign being changed from $3.15 to $3.09 right in front of my eyes. :0)

I use the computer for my Personal use, plus I buy things off the computer as well, its alot easier to purchase someting on the computer, rather than driving to the Mall and fighting the crowds, and trying to find a parking space, especially now at Christmas time.

As a geologist working in the environmental field, I post gas prices for personal reasons but I also use the resources of the web site to determine where the gas stations are located and what products they sell. I recently had to do some workplans for 76 stations throughout southern California. I had little information available on each site so I looked them up on GasPrices.com. The available information was great. It told me if the stations had diesel tanks, if they had service bays, and the exact longitude and latitudes of each site. I applied this information to my reports and surprised my managers. I also updated the data bases when I had more information than what the web site had. It was great help. The only thing I didn't get from the site was aerial photo coverage but I regularly use msn maps because they have aerial photos attached to their site and the best help was the birds eye view which showed oblique aerial shots and I discovered extra tanks, new service bays and I could report as to the site access.
I started using the site for personal reasons but now I use it for both personal and business!
