Hi Russell. I saw your post on "Have you ever won a gas card?" discussion. Regarding your question about Canadians being able to enter...I have seen many posts from Canadians saying they are not eligible, and cannot enter the gas card giveaways. However, I don't know the reason, nor if this is speculation or fact. You can always send the moderators of GasBuddy an email via "Contact Us", and get a factual answer. I'd like to know, and the reason too!
