It will be shipped overseas." Even iof all of the oil is shipped overseas (very questionable) it would help with the cost of crude oil. An increase in the World supply of Crude oil would have an effect of reducing the cost for the whole world. Oil and gas are world commodities. Not to mention additionally tax revenues, etc.
