Drivers in Chicago continued to pay the most at the pump -- $4.26 per gallon -- even though prices fell nearly 19 cents from April 6.

The national average for a gallon of regular gasoline fell to $3.9127 on April 20, from $3.9671 on April 6, according to the survey of gasoline retailers in the continental United States. Still, drivers are paying 3.27 cents more for a gallon than they did a year ago.

They are claiming on the news that we are paying about the same or less now than last year. I think they just got to excited over the money they wanted to take in and raised the pump prices to fast, now they are backing off.

The prices are still to high!!!!!!!!!!! I wish the big wiggs would stop being so gready and help this economy turn around...One dollar a gallon would be a big start in getting the country on the rite track of saving and spending without the worry of not being able to get to work because of gas prices.

The price of fuel has gone down slowly but not as fast as it went up. Chicago or Hawaii – it's still very high fuel prices! Cheaper fuel prices are good to improve Barry's lousy economy, more jobs are possible, cheaper food prices, cheaper transportation costs and cheaper goods and services.
Whatever the size or shape of the vehicle, Produce and ‘Drive’ vehicles with high MPG, are very reliable, have a ‘reasonable’ cost and a good ‘value’ for the money. Consider using other forms of less expensive transportation to lower your cost, if possible!
The price of fuel at the pump is too high!
