Enbridge Pipelines to Ease Crude Logjam: Corporate Canada

Bloomberg -- Enbridge Inc. plans to expand U.S. pipeline capacity may help generate as much as $15 billion for Canadian oil-sands producers such as Suncor Energy Inc. and boost government tax revenue as Alberta crude begins to command a higher price.

Canadian crude has been backing up in the U.S. trading hub at Cushing, Oklahoma, along with oil produced in North Dakota, forcing down prices. Western Canada Select oil, a Canadian benchmark, has sold for about $42 a barrel less than world prices this year, a record gap, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. The differential is more than four times greater than the same period two years earlier.

That crude was going to Canada at Port Huron to be refined and sold on the international market at the higher price!! Guess who it was being sold to, You guessed it the USA!! In 2011, a gasoline pipeline in Stockbridge Michigan leaked into a farmers field!! Guess where that gasoline pipeline was coming from, you guessed it Canada!! What we have is the greatest double cross that leads to huge profits for the Big Oil companies!! Big Oil hasn't built a new refinery in the US in over 40 years!! They have and are closing US refineries to control the market and be able to raise prices at will !! ----Congress needs to talk to a few common people and find out whats going on !! The petroleum industry must be declared a public utility and the pricing done by a commission like with natural gas!!

It has become clear under this Administration, that we are able to no longer take care of ourselves. We have caved into the pressures of the left leaning lobbyist groups, at the mercy of speculators and become peasants under the royalty which is that of King Obama, whom might I add, sends 25 security guards with his daughter to Mexico. What a country in which we live. Gone is respect for our Constitution. Gone is respect for our brave men and women who serve in our Military. Gone is respect for life. Gone is a once-healthy economy. Very sad day for loyal Canadians. Great day for the Chinese and the oil and pipeline companies. The Northern Gateway project will be approved now no matter the risk to the Environment. Our only hope now is that he loses his majority due to the illegal robot ally's during the election.
