Nome mayor intends to run for lieutenant governor
"NOME, Alaska - Nome Mayor Denise Michels plans to run for lieutenant governor.
Michels says she's filed her letter of intent with the state. She's running as a Democrat."
Following in the footsteps of another Alaska mayor who became Governor, perhaps? Will we see Denise Michels running for VP in 2016 or beyond?
