This is a book by Susan Cain a corporate attorney turned writer: Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking

You can see her talking about this at Tad: /talks/susan_cain_the_power_of_introverts.html?quote=1378

Enjoying it so far. Lots of good information. For example, extroverts are energized by being around people, introverts regenerate by being alone; introversion/extroversion is hard-wired in our brains (but there are degrees of both--a person can be an outgoing introvert or a shy extrovert); introverts process information slower than extroverts because of the way the brain is but extroverts may not process the information as well. Things like this that explain a lot.

I'll have to look that up. Have you read The Introvert Advantage? I'm about half way through it. Being an introvert is very exhausting sometimes.
