(Which is why it wasn't in the Music category, but Politics.) #2) It was so long ago, no one remembers the intent. #3) Most people at the time never got the intent either.

All the Scot waiters had on kilts, and the wedding party had on kilts, so the dancing was good...snicker.. You get the Orangemen and the Scots together and you got yourself some mean toasts.

Jayrad - at your bagel bakery, did you use the "boil 'em for a minute" technique, or did you use the "high pressure steam for 15 seconds" method? Also, were your bagels true NY style (soft, yet dense with v. small holes in the dough) or were they more like the Western Bagel variety that are really nothing more than "bread in a circle"? Out here on the "left coast" they don't know from REAL bagels. Real dense-style bagels are impossible to find much outside of the Northeast, and a few bagel bakeries in Chicago.

Had fresh from the oven bagels almost every morning. Never got tired of them. Man, one sounds good now.
