1997 Lesabre with the electronic climate controller. Says that it 168 degrees outside all the time. Shoots air any where it wants to no matter where I tell it to. Have either full blast heat or none at all in the winter. At night with the A/C going, cold on drivers side and heat on passenger side. What is going on? Also the windshield is cracked, does this have anything to do with this?

Hey i have a 1996 buick Park Avenue.
that the air conditioning is saying is charged, and the previous owner said it worked so good it would freeze him out. But, it doesn't work for me???
Is there something i need to know to turn on the A/C?
