I have a 2002 Sable and want to my change the antifreeze, but don't want to pay $80.00 to do so. Where is the drain plug? What do I have to take apart? Whats the best way to flush it?
Money is tight these days with gas price climbing up your you know what..
So I want to save a few bucks!
Any info would HELP...

To replace the Af just disconnect the top radiator hose, stand back let the engine run till it stopes draining. connect hose, turn heater on this is to avoid a air bubble fill radiator with Af and Distilled water, keep engine running until the water has starting to circulate add more water, fill resovoir also with clean water, After the water circulates again fill any additional water needed, replace R. Cap and turn heater off ,You should be good to Go.

What are you going to do with the old a/f. Very bad for the environment if you are going to wash it down the the sewer. left out in the open where pets and other animals can get to it will spell diaster. Very poisonous
