I've opened up my PS2 a few times now.. and I still can't seem to find the problem. It sounds like the laser taps off the Game multiple times when ever it feels like it. I've cleaned the lens once because I don't want to scratch it scratch it.. I've tried looking for videos on YouTube that would help more. It works alright but it just sometimes doesn't wanna read the discs and my discs for games are in mint condition so I know fer sure, its not the games. Selling it off to game stop wouldn't be worth it to me, same for my games.. Any idea's guys? I was thinking about selling it.. but I don't wanna sell off something badish..

my boyfriend had to return his ps3 4 times to the manufacturer because those games systems are a piece of crap. i would never buy another one.
