Nothing like it...I attented in 1998 a Semi Final in Madrid at the Bernabeu Stadium for the Champions...middle of the work week, on a wednesday night...98,000 people in the stands ..Unreal

The following year they (UEFA) drop the attending spectators at the Berbabeu to 75,000 by making it an ALL seater..No standing room gone.

waay back in '03 I went to Munich for Octoberfest & I got to see Bayen Munich play the last minute( secuity let us pass since game was finished) at the Olyimpic Staidum ...not much of a fan but since that day I keep an eye open for world cup & bayren....

Unfortunately Sporting Lisboa lost, the FINALS of the Europa League will be between 2 spaniard teams, and I wont watch them.

I have here at home thru Directv the game between Sporting Lisboa vs Atletico Bilbao in a couple of hrs, but instead I'm goinn to watch it at the Sports Grill right by my house.
Hope the Green Lions whip the Spaniards !!!

HR....Grew up with the sport....Learned Football and Baseball here when I came @ 16 yrs old !!!
I was VERY involved with the Miami Fusion when they were around, but the MLS "SUCKS" huge time !!!

Real is out too, from the Champions...So much for the country (According to the Spaniards)with the best pro league in the planet !!!!
Madrid will win the Spanish League only, and Mourinho will get his walking papers.
In Barcelona the walking papers are ready also for Guardiola !!!
