Any person with outdoors experience knows that there are very few waterways that are safe to drink from no matter where they are located. Moot question.

Hydrogen sulfide H2S, a deadly, heavier then air and explosive gas). Gases like this do not mix well with the general public and their naivety in these matters.

As for the proposed rules they appear just about the same as would be drawn up on a private land drilling lease. Sierra Club always has their panties in a wad, nothing new there.
