Try McDonald's. But, think about it. The quarter you pay makes sure the place is cleaned and stocked. Isn't that worth it?

For example, I am originally from China, and over there, many public toilets require you to pay a small fee. You can avoid these if you want, but please be prepared in case you are desperate.

Some services just shouldn't be a profit center.

I did see them in Europe last year. You should have seen us trying to find the right coins in Euro. Then the bathroom was terrible. No toilet seat! And it was wet from automatic cleaner after each person!

Sapp Bros. Travel Centers is a chain that prides itself in spotless bathrooms with lots of frills. Even had heated seats!

You have to put a coin in the slot for the stall to open in the girls rr. Husband said coin to go in men's rr. I was shocked, but after speaking with people this is the norm. I only saw one person begging and I visited about 7 cities in different regions. Not sure if there is a correlation. The bathrooms were very clean there even the free ones. Here you know how nasty they get. YUCK!

I went to the front and had everything on the counter and I ask, "do you all have a restroom" and they said no, not for public use. I said, well, I have to go bye and left everthing on the counter. _ I think in Florida a store have to have a public restrooms for the customers but then, you find out of order signs too.
