hi all,
one more wonderment, does the master station list contain historical pump prices, if so how far apart is each data entry...each time price is changed or each day based on average

hope that makes sense

Nope! Not in the least, emaildsharma. They do speak English in Edmonton, right?

I think it would be kind of cool if they did, but of course, they wouldn't be 100% accurate because there are and always will be false postings as well as some people posting cash prices, while others post credit prices, etc. It wouldn't really be the best to go by, regardless. There are the charts that the user Gas_Buddy pointed out that you can look at which go back up to six years where you can see averages for certain cities, states, the nation, Canada, etc. over that period of time, but each individual station in the MSL doesn't have anything like that.

You can check out the historical prices by clicking on the Gas Prices icon at the top of the page, and then on the Gas Price Charts for whatever period you're looking for. It will answer the question you're asking.
